There are two main methods:
1. Raised Subframe Installation (Most common and recommended)
Method: First, lay and fix treated timber or metal joists on the ground, ensuring they are level and evenly spaced (usually 30-40 cm apart). Then, fix the outdoor flooring to the joists using special clips or stainless steel screws.
2. Direct Laying Method
Method: On an extremely flat, hard, and well-drained base (such as a concrete platform), the interlocking outdoor flooring is directly assembled or glued using flooring adhesive.
